Understanding Your Monthly Transaction Limits
- What is a Transaction? A transaction is defined as one receipt, expense, supplier invoice, incoming payment, or other financial record requiring individual review, entry, or matching.
- No Surprise Fees: If your business consistently exceeds your tier’s monthly transaction limit, Solutio Management will inform you and propose a tier adjustment or volume supplement before applying any additional charges.

We do not provide statutory tax filings, annual account closures, employee payroll administration, formal legal representation, or debt enforcement proceedings (poursuites). These remain the responsibility of the client or their external qualified fiduciaire.
Data Protection & Archiving
Client data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/nLPD) with appropriate technical and organizational safeguards. Primary business records are archived directly inside the client’s Bexio environment to support Swiss statutory 10-year retention requirements (Art. 958f CO & Canton Vaud ACI guidelines).
Data Ownership & Banking Safety Guarantee
• 100% Data Ownership: The client contracts and pays for their Bexio Advanced subscription directly, maintaining full ownership of their software account, financial data, and records at all times. Solutio Management operates strictly via delegated external access.
• Sole Payment Authority: Solutio Management prepares supplier invoices and reconciliation drafts in Bexio, but the client retains sole approval authority to execute and release payments inside their e-banking application (BCV, PostFinance, UBS).
